We are a small friendly congregation meeting in the little Baptist chapel in the centre of Bentley, Suffolk.

We meet every Sunday afternoon when we seek to worship God after the reformed tradition

We Believe...

In God...

We believe in the God of the Bible, who declares Himself to be the one true God. He is the sovereign creator and the sustainer of heaven and earth...

In Christ...

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternally begotten Son of God, our Lord and Saviour, who is the only way to God, and thus to eternal life.

Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Jn14:6

In The Holy Spirit...

We believe in the Trinity; three persons of the one God. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These three are distinct persons, with distinct attributes and works, yet they are one, indivisible God, the same in substance, equal in power and glory...

We Believe...

In The Bible...
We believe in the divine, verbal inspiration of the Holy Scriptures.

This means the very words used, down to the smallest letter, and part of a letter used (every jot and tittle) were given by the Holy Spirit.

Thus, the bible is our only, and perfect, supreme rule for all matters of life, faith, practice and worship...

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Please come in and look around, read on and get to know us, who we are, and why we are here. Our primary aim is to tell you about Jesus Christ the Eternal Son of God who is the only Saviour of men. We are able to do this because we know Him, whom to know is Life eternal. Jesus is alive today, and through His amazing grace and wondrous mercy, by His Holy Spirit He lives in our hearts.

We don’t expect you to take everything in all at one go so bookmark our site and come back again another time. If you have questions about Jesus Christ and the way to find forgiveness of sins and peace with God in Him, and you can’t find it somewhere here then contact us and we will be glad to help.
